Countess Charlotte Brabantina of Nassau (Antwerp, 17 September 1580 – Château-Renard, August 1631) was the fifth daughter of William the Silent and his third spouse Charlotte of Bourbon.
Countess Charlotte Brabantina, her sister Elisabeth and their stepmother Louise de Coligny went to Paris in 1593. Elisabeth married Henri de La Tour d'Auvergne, Duke of Bouillon and at that wedding Charlotte Brabantine met the Claude, Duc de Thouars, whom she married in 1598. The Duke died only six years later, leaving Charlotte Brabantina a widow. They had four children:
